Ticket policies

Children ages two and under are free admission to football games at Mountain America Stadium with a paid adult admission.

This free admittance is only valid for a seat on an adult's lap. There is no required pass or ticket for this admission.

All Sun Devil venues have mobile ticketing.

Mobile entry reduces contact points for fans and event staff, provides the ability to seamlessly issue and/or modify tickets for any game within hours, reduces the prevalence of counterfeit tickets in circulation and leads to a better Game Day experience for all Sun Devil fans.

Reentry is not permitted at Mountain America Stadium for the safety and security of all guests. Once a ticket is scanned at the gates, guests may no longer exit and reenter.

In the event of severe weather or emergency situation that requires evacuation, guests can reenter with a valid ticket stub. Upon reentry, all guests will be subject to the screening process.

Resale of event tickets, regardless of price, is prohibited on Sun Devil Stadium property.

Fans that purchase tickets from outside the Sun Devil Ticket Office do so at their own risk as tickets may not be valid for entry. ASU is not responsible for and will not provide a replacement or refund of any kind for invalid tickets purchased through a secondary ticket provider.

For lost or misplaced tickets, a face value fee per ticket will be charged for each duplicated ticket. 

If the original unused tickets are mailed to the following address within two weeks of the event, only a $5 per ticket charge will be assessed.

Only credit cards will be accepted for reprint charges. Season ticket holders will be permitted one reprint at no charge. We reserve the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy. Stolen tickets must be reported to the ticket office before the game, and a stolen property report must be filed with police. The ticket office will then issue duplicates at no charge.

In order to properly manage our seat inventory, our ticketing system will not allow any purchases that leave a single seat in a row (i.e., you cannot select two seats in a location where there are only three seats next to each other, as that would leave a single seat). Due to the existing amount of single seats, this policy is strictly enforced. If a purchase is made of seats that are not in consecutive order, we reserve the right to adjust the selection to eliminate any single seats in an effort to maximize seating capacity.

The Sun Devil ticket office operates under a basic no-refund and no-exchange policy.

Market pricing may apply to tickets. Rates can fluctuate based on factors affecting supply and demand. Prices increase on the day of the game.

Reserved wheelchair seats

Accessible seats are spaces specifically designed for wheelchairs and include features such as an accessible approach, location at grade, clear floor space and larger dimensions.

People with mobility disabilities who require accessible seating because of their disability are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This group includes people who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices and cannot climb steps or walk long distances because of significant arthritis or severe respiratory, circulatory, or cardiac conditions. Individuals who, because of their disability, cannot sit in a straight-back chair or those whose service dogs cannot fit under a non-accessible seat or lie safely in the aisle are also permitted to purchase accessible seats.

By purchasing these tickets, you are attesting that you require the features of an accessible seat. Fraudulent purchases of accessible seat tickets can result in relocation, expulsion from the event, and/or expulsion from all future events.

Tickets are valid for a contest until Sun Devil Athletics officials or umpires call the game. If officials postpone a game, the ticket will be good for the game's rescheduled date.

If the make-up game is not possible, fans may trade in their ticket for a general admission seat for a future game, based on availability. Some games may be exempt. No monetary refunds are given.

If a rainout is declared after four and a half innings have been played, a game is considered "official." In this case, there will be no ticket exchanges.
