When will renewals be available?
Sun Devil Football season ticket holders can now renew their seats by paying in full or signing up for a payment plan. For the first time, season ticket holders can opt in to auto-renewal and lock in their 2025 season ticket price for 2026.
What is the auto-renewal option?
Auto-renewals allow you to save time and effort for our most valued fans. It secures your season tickets automatically each year. Authorization is provided to Sun Devil Athletics to run a payment in future seasons, typically on Nov. 15 each year. Season ticket holders can select a 10-month, 6-month or one-time payment to fulfill their season ticket cost for future seasons. It also locks in the same season ticket rate for the 2026 season. You are also eligible for season ticket renewal drawings.
What if I need to cancel my auto-renewal later?
Enrolling in auto-renewal commits you to purchase season tickets for the upcoming season. You must opt out for the following season before your first installment due date annually by contacting your account representative. You will receive communication about any changes or new pricing for your seats. Ensure your email or other method of communication is kept up-to-date and valid. If you fail to cancel before the deadline, no refunds will be accommodated after the initial charge. The initial due date for the first installment typically occurs on Nov. 15 of each year.
What if I prefer not to use the auto-renewal option?
Season ticket holders can pay for their seats in full or use one of our payment plan options. However, your 2026 season tickets will not be locked in at the same 2025 price.

Can I add seats or relocate seats?
Yes, all season ticket holders who renew by a certain date can relocate and add seats through the Virtual Venue. You only need to participate if you want to change your seat location.
What payment plan options are available?
To provide Sun Devil Season ticket holders with flexibility, we offer a payment plan of 10 and 6 months at renewal launch. Payments will be processed the day you enroll for the first month and on the 15th of each subsequent month until your balance is paid in full.

Can I obtain access to the stadium to view options?
Please contact a personal service representative at 480-965-5333 to arrange a tour or for assistance viewing the virtual venue.
Why is there no service ticketing fee?
The Sun Devils have gone digital and are encouraging fans to download the Sun Devil Athletics Game Day mobile app. We’ve eliminated the service fee associated with printing tickets, and you can now access your tickets using your smartphone.
What are the benefits to the Sun Devils going mobile as a fan?

- Reduces lost or stolen tickets
- Minimizes counterfeiting
- It makes forwarding your tickets much easier
- Cuts down on waste

Are parking prices or required donation levels changing?
Reserved season parking passes are $250 for the season. All structure season parking passes were reduced last year to $100. The minimum Sun Devil Club contribution levels will remain the same, but giving levels still must be met to qualify for all lots. Additional lots are available on a day-of-game basis.
