Tempe, Ariz. – Adriana Tatum's 200m title and Judy Chepkoech's school-record in the 3,000m paced the Sun Devils across both the Tyson Invite (Fayetteville, Arkansas) and the Don Kirby Invite (Albuquerque, New Mexico) from Feb. 14-15.
Tatum brought the Sun Devils their only title of the weekend when she clocked a 23.00 in the Women's 200m at the Randal Tyson Track Center on Saturday afternoon. On Friday evening, freshman Judy Chepkoech set a new school record in the Women's 3,000m (8:59.58), taking down a 10-year-old mark set by Shelby Houlihan (9:03.71).
In Albuquerque, Hayden Bills and Sam Cappos represented Sun Devil Men's throwers at the Don Kirby Invite, where Bills led the way with a sixth-place showing in the shot put (17.54m).
