Tempe, Ariz. – Sun Devil Track & Field is headed back to the Lone Star State, where it will send nearly 40 student-athletes to compete at Texas Tech's Corky Classic from Jan. 17-18 at the Sports Performance Center in Lubbock.

Top-30 Times/Marks in the Country
In the season-opening meets in College Station and Flagstaff, the Sun Devils posted eight times/marks that now rank within the top-30 in the country. It was a big showing by newcomers, as freshmen Mateo Medina, Malik Franklin and Taylor Brown, plus transfers Alexia Schofield and Josie Coffey, cracked this list.

The Sun Devils return eight who qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Championships last May via Adriana Tatum, Alex Johnson, Brandon Lloyd, Dayton Carlson, Ines Lopez, Jayden Davis, Nick Ramey and Kaleb Simpson. In addition to a chunk of returners, the Sun Devils will also feature 30 newcomers as they navigate their first season in the Big 12 Conference.
