Softball Releases Non-Conference Schedule
Sun Devils begin the season with four straight home tournaments
TEMPE – Sun Devil Softball released its non-conference schedule for the 2025 season on Wednesday. For the second consecutive year, the team will host a home tournament on the first four weekends of the season.
The season will begin with Farrington Stadium playing host to the 20th edition of the Kajikawa Classic on Feb. 6-9. Opening Night has ASU hosting Maryland, and the Classic will also bring California, Miami (Ohio), Minnesota and Utah to Tempe for 15 games over the four days.
The Littlewood Classic will run Feb. 13-16, with the Sun Devils playing six times. Along with former Pac-12 rivals Oregon and Washington, ASU will also host Belmont, North Dakota, Utah Valley and Weber State during the weekend.
ASU will face Florida during the first day of the Sun Devil Classic on Feb. 21. That three-day event will also see the Sun Devils face California Baptist, New Mexico State and Portland State.
The ASU Invitational will be held Feb. 27-March 2 with nine games at Farrington Stadium. It begins with the Sun Devils hosting the first of two games that weekend against Oregon State. ASU will also play Seattle U., Utah State, UTEP, and Yale over the weekend.
Along with the four tournaments, the Sun Devils have six mid-week dates on the agenda. A home-and-home with GCU has ASU visiting their crosstown foes on Feb. 18 and the Lopes coming to Farrington Stadium on April 15.
ASU will host UNLV on March 18 and play Oklahoma State on April 2 in a non-conference tilt. The Sun Devils also have doubleheaders planned at Stetson on March 12 and UTEP on April 9.
In addition to these non-conference contests, the Sun Devils' first season in the Big 12 features 24 games, which were announced last month. The Big 12 Tournament is May 7-10 in Oklahoma City.
