Baseball, Big 12 Unveil 2025 Schedule

PHOENIX – Sun Devil Baseball and head coach Willie Bloomquist have released the team's 2025 competition schedule in conjunction with the Big 12 Conference's announcement of the 2025 conference baseball calendar on Thursday.
 
The current ASU schedule sits at 55 regular season games with one additional midweek tilt to be announced at a later date. The program is scheduled to host at least 35 home contests at Phoenix Municipal Stadium, including 14 of the first 16 games of the season.
 
ASU will take part in 30 Big 12 conference games in its debut season in the league. The top 12 teams in the league at the end of the regular season will advance to the Big 12 Tournament at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers, in Arlington, Texas in May.
 
The current dates and times remain subject to change based on TV/Live Stream allocations, which will be released prior to the season.
 
Season tickets for Sun Devil Baseball are available and season ticket holders can still renew their seats by calling 480-727-0000 or emailing seasontickets@asu.edu. Current season ticket holders will have the opportunity to upgrade and add season ticket seats during the annual upgrade process in early December.

Fans will also have the opportunity to speak with representatives from the Sun Devil Ticketing office when the program hosts Team USA's National Team on Friday, Nov. 1 at 6:30 p.m. at Phoenix Municipal Stadium. The free event will feature numerous elite MLB prospects taking on the Maroon and Gold with the wood bats on display. Parking and event entry are free and open to the public with limited concessions also available.
 
A complete promotional calendar, including information on alumni outings and a scheduled Open House event, will be available in the near future. 
 
With at least 35 home games on the docket, the Sun Devils look forward to a raucous home field advantage after welcoming nearly 100,000 fans to Phoenix Municipal Stadium last season and consistently sitting within the Top-30 programs in the nation in terms of attendance over the years.
 
The 2025 schedule will see Arizona State take on four programs that advanced to the NCAA Tournament a season ago.
 
Opening Night will be Friday, Feb. 14 as the Sun Devils welcome Ohio State for a three-game weekend series before taking on Austin Peay - a squad that finished third in the nations in homers (146) a year ago - in a midweek tilt on Monday, Feb. 17.
 
The team then welcomes 2024 regional competitor and 2023 College World Series participant Oral Roberts for a three-game set beginning Friday, Feb. 21.
 
Keeping an illustrious Pac-12 tradition alive, ASU will head on the road for the first time for two midweek games against UCLA at Jackie Robinson Stadium on Feb. 25 and 26.
 
The team returns home to battle its third Big Ten opponent of the year in Minnesota for three games, beginning Friday, Feb. 28.
 
A home midweek tilt against UNLV on March 4 will precede the final non-conference series of the year as Gonzaga rolls into town for three games at Muni starting Friday, March 7.
 
ASU will then head down the I-10 to take on rival and 2024 regional host Arizona for the first time this season in a non-conference midweek game at Hi Corbett Field on Tuesday, March 11.
 
The Sun Devils will open their inaugural Big 12 season on the road as the team heads to Fort Worth, Texas to square off with TCU for three games beginning Friday, March 14.
 
Another historical tradition will remain intact as the team then welcomes long-time rival and college baseball historical powerhouse USC for a midweek contest at Muni on March 18.
 
ASU will host its first home series of the Big 12 era when Kansas comes to town for three games starting on Friday, March 21.
 
The Sun Devil will then hit the road for the next week, stopping at UNLV and Las Vegas Ballpark for a midweek on March 25 before the program's Big 12 series against fellow Pac-12 transplant Utah beginning Friday, March 28.
 
ASU will then host five straight home games with midweek contests against long-time rival Cal State Fullerton (April 1) and CSU Northridge (April 8) bookending the team's always important rivalry series against the University of Arizona at Phoenix Municipal Stadium from April 4-6.
 
The longest trek of the year will follow that as the Sun Devils head to the midweek to take on Cincinnati for three games beginning April 11. A moderately quick turnaround follows that with Easter Weekend and a Thursday-Saturday series against Texas Tech in Phoenix beginning April 17 and kickstarting nine straight games played in the Phoenix Metro Area.
 
ASU will head across town on April 22 to take on Grand Canyon at GCU Ballpark in the first of two midweek series against the 'Lopes, with GCU returning the trip to Muni on May 13 - which will be the final home game of the 2025 campaign as well.
 
Another Thursday-Saturday set is scheduled as the Sun Devils welcome BYU for three games beginning Thursday, April 24.
 
Another long-time rival and college baseball power, Long Beach State, will also head to Phoenix Muni for two midweek games on April 29 and 30.
 
The Sun Devils go back on the road to take on Baylor in Waco, Texas for three games beginning May 2 and then skip a midweek before hosting Houston for the final regular season home series of the year, beginning May 9.
 
Arizona State concludes the regular season on the road against 2024 Regional host Oklahoma State in Stillwater in another Thursday-Saturday series beginning on May 15 before setting its sights on the Big 12 Tournament in Arlington beginning Tuesday, May 30.
